| ShopNBC.com cancellation email has $10 credit
On December 15th I recd an email saying my order was cancelled because I used a $75 off coupon. Well, we know that wasn't true. Anyway, today I got an email saying my order was cancelled because they were out of stock on the 2 items I ordered. They credited my account $10. I looked on the site and don't see a credit?, but I haven't tried to place an order yet. The subject of the email was "We regret your ShopNBC order xxxx cancelled". Check your emails if you too had a cancellation. Post if you figure out how the credit works. |

I got the credit too, but like you, I don't know how it's supposed to work. Right now they have free shipping + free shipping upgrade for items that are shown as "green" on their site... but the items I found under 10$ are really lame. a throw pillow the xmas cd few other nicknacks.. There's no mention for when the credit expires so I think I'll just hold onto it until they run another free shipping promo hopefully soon after the holidays. |

I called ShopNBC customer service. They say you can place your order via phone or online and your credit should show up at the end. Mine didn't, so I had to call. WHEN I CALLED, THEY TOLD ME I DON'T GET THE CREDIT BECAUSE "THE COUPON NUMBER WAS FRAUDULENT". Finally, they gave me the credit, but it takes 72 hours to post it and can only be used on orders placed by phone, so it couldn't be used on the order i just placed!! Grrr! I'm done with them! My suggestion: Call first to be sure you get the credit! |

I recieved an email from them that all their clearance is free shipping for a limited time. I'm sorry I dont remember the expiration. It may be in one of my emails, will write back if I find the expiration.
