| That is the retail price, but what price can you buy them for?? You have a monthly service fee and 7 cents a minute. I now pay no monthly fee and 5 cents a minute anytime. Does anyone know which model so we can see the price of them. |

| I use opex. I did a search for companies and used their plan that is 4.9 cents a minute state to state and 7.7 cents a minute in state. With this plan they bill in 6 second increments. I did it over the internet. Here is the web site I used. We have been happy so far with them. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] But I did a search on google and looked over a bunch and found the one cheapest for how we call. |

| Sam's Club has great phone cards. $3.9 cents per minutes! I got quite a few 500 minutes cards for $17 each and sent them to friends and family...beats the $60 we were giving AT&T each month for only 400 MINUTES! -Matt |

| Well, I just found out essential.com is going to start charging me a monthly fee so I did this deal. I hardly make any long distance calls so the monthly fee is more important to me than the per minute. With no fee and the free radios, this sounds good to me! If you've done this deal, let me know when you get the radios!

| Re: I RECEIVED THESE RADIOS Just a note for use of long distance companies. If you look at your bill you are charged fees of about $10 or more each month to have a long distance company. This usually more than pays for the gift(s) they send. I use a calling card you can get from 3.7 to 5 cents a minnute from a store in your area. This is better than any long distance company. Even at&t phonecards are at the 5 cents a minnute and the Sprint too. So, save more this way. You can cancel anytime after the gifts arrived regardless of what they say to you. Call your local phone company and them to do this. z77and77 |

| I went for this "deal"..... Signed up for it in what November, December? Serious hoops to jump just to get these radios. They send you a letter welcoming you to Sprint, thank god I read the letter! You have to be a customer for at least three months. Then, you had to save your your first three months phone bills and mail a copy of them with a form to a different address. Ok, so here it is May, and I still have no radios. I hate when they make some of these deals more a pain in the arse, than a deal. Has anyone else gotten theirs?

| I found that using onesuite.com for long distance was the best deal I could find. It's like using a calling card, but you only pay 2.9 cents a minute for in state and out state. And you can re-charge anytime online. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] But we also have long distance on our phone and we use Working Assets. When you sign up you get 7 cents a minute state-to-state and monthly fee of $4.95, but for the first 6 months you also get 60 minutes free a month and also for 12 months you get a coupon every month for Ben'n'Jerry's ice cream. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] If you are signing up for Working Assets, I would appreciate it if you would email me. You get money off your phone bill if you refer people - but I have to give you my name and phone # to do that. |

| Onesuite.com If you use calling cards for long distance, you have to check out onesuite.com Not only is it the cheapest like jshallow said, it is also the most convenient. I stopped using the calling cards because it was annoying to have to punch in all those numbers just to make a phone call. Onesuite has a "zipdial" feature that lets you skip the pin number if you're calling from home. So all I have to do now to make a call is hit a speed dial button for the 800 access number, wait for the confirmation message, then dial the number I'm calling. And at 2.9 cents/minute, you can't beat it. |
