I ordered the green one & the purple one a few weeks ago from Amazon and then I saw the green one at the same price at my TRU b&m yesterday. The purple one was still $19.99, but you might want to check your Toy's R Us.

I purchased 2 of these bears, and if it doesn't say free shipping under pic of bear near price, then it is over.
They do have a amazon/toysrus free shipping store, where select items have free shipping though
