No, GiftCertificates.com charges no handling fee. There is never a shipping fee if you order a SuperCertificate, have it 'emailed' to yourself and then redeem it in one (Standard USPS) shipment.

I don't know about the others, but Spree will award your dollars into your account, then will remove them if you've used a coupon or have gotten a bonus with purchase. I bought a $100 Supercertificate, and received a $25 Supercertificate free. When I checked my Spree account, it showed that $4.00 had been credited, then charged back, with the explanation I just described. So.........no double-dipping on this one at Spree!
