On-line sweater is $29.99 in the store sweater is on sale for $19.99. Tell them that you saw the sweater in the store for $19.99. Let them know that you wrote down the tag information. They will ask for Department #: 010 and the Style #: 2111. They should price match it for you. Then apply one of the coupons to the order for an extra $15.00 off and the sweater will end up costing around $13 and change.

Thanks for the post...you can also put this number ( B10712211 ) in the catalog quick order section of website and it will pull up the sweater at 19.99...I used the 15 off coupon listed above. They also have jeans in the sale section for 17.99...they come to 11.00 and change after coupon with shipping

I went back to the site and typed in the item number again on the catalog quick order (b107122111) and it did pull up the correct sweater at 19.99

I called last night and told the CS rep I saw the sweater in the store for $19.99 and they are selling it for $29.00. I asked if they price matched and at first he said no, than put me on hold to ask a manager and came back and said yes. I did not have to give him any codes from the tag. My order was placed at $19.99 less the $15.00.

I can't get the sweater to come up as $19.99.......guess I'll just have to call in! This deal is even sweeter using the $20 off $20 code with free shipping!! It's posted on the board, do a search for Eddie Bauer and you should come across it.

the $20 code IS 20 off 20. it will not work for 20 off 15 for example.
