Good Deals on Digital Voice Recorders for LAND WARRIOR?

Hey everybody I was hoping that I could get some ideas of where I could get several Digital Voice Recorders. I work for a company called Pacific Consultants (PacificConsultants.com) and we are working on a project with the U.S. Military called "Land Warrior"(we make wearable computers for soldiers to use in combat), last week I suggested that the software developers have access to voice recorders to make it easy to report "Bugs" or make notes of system procedures. Needless to say my boss agreed with me and now I am trying to due some research to get a good deal on them. Hopefully somebody knows about good deals, coupons, or who knows maybe even a vendor will help out and contribute to America and it’s Military. Thanks again, have a good weekend and God bless.
