There is a site online that handles cases like this. Its called i-courthouse. KB Gear has clearly broken a contract with consumers. Let me know how many of us here need to be in on something and I will contact icourt and start proceedings.

You can count me and my brother in. We purchased cameras because they had a $30.00 rebate. We wouldnot have without them. If you met the terms of the rebate, how can they not pay?

I purchased the camera as well. I sent in the rebate a couple weeks ago, but haven't heard anything yet.

I just called the 800# and was told my info was entered into the system on 9/7 and to expect a check within 8 weeks.
That might mean nothing at all though.
