DS made me do it!!! ![]() I "had to" get FOUR boxes of Lucky Charms (anybody want a bowl? Or two? LOL )... With Chutes and Ladders, Monopoly Jr., Operation, and Yahtzee on them.DS LOVES the Operation game, he's 6. He hasn't tried the C's & L's yet. I kind of like the Yahtzee one, there are like 5 different versions. And we haven't tried the Monopoly Jr. yet. But they are "full version" games! And for $2.95 a box for the cereal, it's a good deal!

In Canada, it is a free DVD. In the States it is a game. Certainly worth the price of the cereal.

Actually, in Canada (or at least B.C.), General Mills is now offering Disney software. There are 6 to choose from: 101 Dalmations Print Studio Aladdin Activity Center Timon and Pumbaa's Jungle Games Winnie the Pooh Print Studio Who Wants to Be a Millionaire Tarzan Print Studio For once, we might even be ahead of the US--we got the above games a long time ago (minus Chutes and Ladders)! |

Oh I hope they eventually put the disney ones out here also. My daughter loves the games we got. she also loves the ones we got last year off of cereal. Our local K-mart has general mills cereal for $1.98 this week. Thats where we got ours. Thats a really good price for cereal, and a game.

I got the "Who wants to be a millionaire?" quite a few months ago, on a box of cereal. I didn't really like it, thank goodness it was free!

The first time we played it, it worked great. The second time, it didn't work at all! Since I threw away the sleeve it came in, anybody know the company info? Or will they even replace a "freebie?" Oh yeah, I forgot to add that I can't find anymore in my area. I would certainly pay another $2 for a box instead of going thru the hassle of calling the company! Thanks

When in doubt, reboot and see if the game runs now - might not have anything to do with the game itself, another program may be causing the problem. If that doesn't work, try to uninstall and reinstall and see if that fixes the problem. Make sure the cd is clean on the back; with kid cds that is often a problem. Otherwise, the chances of getting anything replaced and/or getting useful technical support is about nil. |
