I checked out the sample recipe that was on the site. It is called "Peach Puffins", actually are blueberry muffins with fresh peaches cooked on top (or bottom, anyway, peaches go in the muffin pan first). It is more of a dessert than a muffin. I made them last night and they are delicious. Hope the other recipes in the book are as good. Thanks for the post.
