hope this is not a repeat, i searched and didn't see it. Staples has the Xerox Workcentre M940 printer on sale for $149.98, there is a 30.00 instant savings (code 81560) which brings this to a very good price. Read somewhere that you can call in the order and also use a 30.00 coupon code (30 off 150, code 11087) but didnt try that. I ordered this, received it, and I love it. The color copier is great, and the scanner is very easy to use. I have ordered two for my office, and will order oen for my home office.

I purchased the Xerox WorkCentre 480 about a year ago for around the same price. This WorkCentre is much better because it has the flat bed for copying and scanning!!

I was able to do it but I ordered the Peachtree Accounting 2002 which is free after rebate.

The Accounting software is $139.94 before the instant rebate. I also ordered a few other items too.

Another option is to substitute the coupon code for the free 3-piece luggage set.

1) do you know how much it costs to replace the ink for this machine
2) how one can use both codes (is that possible only if you call in?)
3) have you ever neded Xerox servicing for your machines, and was that to your satisfaction?

1) The black ink is $28.59 from Staples. The colored ink is around $14.00 each at Staples. The colors come separate. If you put the machine in your cart at staples.com, it will bring the options for the ink up on your screen for more complete details.

3) I have never had a problem with my Xerox WorkCentre that I have now. I have had the machine for more than a year. The one that I have been using is the WorkCentre 480. I have used it for everything. The ink lasts for a long, long time in my machine as opposed to the Epson printer that I was having to buy ink for quite often. I have never even had a jam. If you buy the WorkCentre, you don't need to have a printer, scanner, copier, or fax taking up all the space in your office. It does it all!

They immediately corrected the price but be careful, they are going to remove the $30 coupon so have the $20 coupon code ready.

I just called staples and they credited my credit card and gave me the 99.00 price. I then used code 70289 for $20 off 100.00. (the one above has expired) I had gotten a pack of pens which made it over 100.00.

Plus I had called when it didn't come the next day and asked if I would get any compensation for it being late and she said she would send me a $15.00 gift certificate. I love this printer and I love the deal even more!!!!!

I didn't know they should be delivered next day...i had to wait for a week on my first one, and still havent received the second one, its been at least a week....i just might have to mention that when i call to price check....and get my refunds on the first two i ordered....of course, since ive bought three, if they turn out to be bad machines, boy have i messed up! LOL
