STB video cards out of business...

Yep! STB th emakers of the awesome 3Dfx video cards is out of business, Nvidia is buying their technologies and brands, now you can get excellent deals on their video cards. Specially on brick and morter stores, mention they are out of business before Nvidia takes over!

I got 2 32 meg cards at CompUsa for $12.00 the sales manager also knew they were going out of business! Give it a try, they retail for 99.00 and more ! They seem to have stopped ordering and will give anyone a deal on them cards.

3dfx has been out of business for awhile.. I believe they anounced that like in Dec 2000. They sold the 3dfx logo and other trademarks to NVIDIA....

STB was one of their board makers that I think ended up being bought by 3dfx.. Down fall of the company..

But none the less the 12 buck deal is cool... Just have to worry about drivers eventually... Not right now at least..
