mastercard online exclusives - many deals

A few weeks ago I got an email from mypoints offering a decent number of points to sign up with mastercard online. I have yet to get an email, but I checked the site at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] Click on online exclusives. This takes you to categories. You have to click on a category to get into the full list of sites. There are hundreds of deals, some of which are available on the boards, but many other ones for smaller companies that I've never seen anywhere.
