I did this back in DEC and I never received anything, a letter or nothing.Others told me they got a letter saying sorry but we ran out of them.

I called and the offer is valid with a 3 by 5 card as stated. also............

.........no limit on the number of cards you can get.....

the gatorade is a 4 pack...

Today I received the receipts back in the mail requesting the order form.
I called and was told to remail the receipts back again due to the authorization had not went thru for the
people processing these to accept the 3 by 5 card.
So, if you do get it back call and confirm and remail to the address on the letter the letter and include the letter old envelope and all..
