They have clearly marked this as one that gets free shipping, so I would call them if you want this item, Happysally. I think you can find their customer service number someone in the boards by searching for it.

I looked at a deck box, and it has a $30.00 handling fee -- maybe that's what the 15.00 thing is for you??
