I LOVE coffee!!!
Has anyone ever cancelled this after the intro shipment? I don't want to get into a pissin contest with this company the way I did with (non)Sense of Serenity. Is it easy to cancel?

I just signed up a week ago, so I don't know. I have seen that you can go into their web site and code your account so you receive shipments less frequently. A co-worker has belonged to Gevalia and he didn't have a problem cancelling. I haven't seen any problems on other boards. But you never know ...

the Thermal Carafe Coffeemaker is really nice. i just got mine this week. you can brew the coffee and then take the carafe to the table, plus it doesn't continue to heat the coffee after it brews.

I was easily able to change my delivery schedule after the promo offer. I thought it was a great deal and I do love the coffee, so I have kept the service. I have only heard good things about them.

Skye - I have signed up with them a couple different times - the first time was a few years ago, and I responded to an ad in a magazine and I cancelled right after the first shipment and there were no problems. The second time was a few months ago and I FORGOT to cancel in time! Ended up paying like $35 for two pounds of coffee! YIKES! Pete didn't even like the flavor of the coffee! BUT I did get a killer robe out of the deal!

They are supposed to have excellent customer service.

They have been offering the same $10 deal for years, (on tv and in mags) and I have always heard good things about them.

My mother in law used their service for a long time.

And, its Very good coffee!

I have done this a couple of times. The first time I used the service for about a year and was very pleased (you can change the amount you want shipped). The last time was just last month and I got the robe, then immediately cancelled.
