Let me know if they're good. Sounds like they'd be cheaper even not on sale and I'm always looking for a "good" cheap diaper.

Angry Small Warning....

CVS Diapers are extremely thin and seem smaller than the average Pamper or Huggies. I bought a size that they said was equivalent to a 5 in the name brands and when I received them, they were at least a size smaller. Also, the absorbancy was not very good. Inexpensive is good but cheap is not!

I just thought I'd let you, Teresa....that these are just like any other store brand diaper. They have the baby Kermit the frog on the velcro tabs. I used to buy these all the time from Walmart when my daughter was 1st born and we didn't have any $$. They seem to work fine for me and the size was the same as I normally buy!!! So, if you have bought the store brand before, I'd give these a try!!

Thumbs down CVS diapers are the pits

I agree that these diapers are the pits. They do not run true to size and the absorbancy really is poor. I have never tried Walmart brand so I can't compare them. All I can recommend is pay a little more because in the long run it is all going to end up costing the same. The diapers may be cheaper but you will be frequently changing your baby's clothes because these diaper leak.

aprilgail has great potential
I just tried the Genovese (Eckert) brand last week, they worked the best of any store brand I tried...I had tried Target brand but she leaked through every single one, not worth it!! I normally use the toys r us brand and they have always been good for us.

Thanks for the info everyone. I've tried several store brand diapers. We run into the same problem of sizes not running true. My biggest gripe though is when the crystals inside the diaper come out. They take forever to get off of baby's skin. If I have to use an extra 3 babywipes and change her more often, I'm not really saving. I had read somewhere (some frugal thing probably ) that the best way to save money on diapers was to buy brand names, but I still keep looking.
