They're really ****ing me off. I've had a bunch of Hot$ sitting in my account for over a year now. I bought a bunch of stuff during this sale, but my card was rejected because (according to the service guy I called) I forgot my middle initial or something. Cool, whatever. So this kills all record of the transaction in their computers and I need to resubmit my order. Again, cool... right? No, all my Hot$ went poof. They told me it takes 24 hours for them to be returned to my account. Three days later, still nothing. At least one of the items I was trying to buy is sold out now.

Well, the gameboy color is NOT coming! Called CS from the confirmation sent and was told the gameboy colors have been discontinued, would not EVER have them on the site again! The other items I ordered were on backorder and not to look for them for another 2-3 weeks. I didn't cancel the other items because they were SO cheap, but won't bother with them anymore. And as far as price-matching, Sears states they won't price-match anything that comes from WHN.com because there is a limit on what you can order and WHN is always out of stock. Hope some of you that ordered got or will get yours, but mine is not coming!!

I got my order today (the one I placed on 11/24). One item was backordered...it was the only thing that was a "sale" item, so I wasn't too surprised. Given the horror stories I've been hearing about WHN, I was relieved. Everything else was in good shape. I had checked my order status on their website today and was surprised to see it as "shipped", and even more surprised to find the package on my doorstep this afternoon.

Same here. I was suprised to recieve my package yesterday. I ordered 2 Dreamcast games and 1 playstation game for $26 shipped, and they came through.

Placed order twice this a.m.
2 Dreamcast games, $10, $12 (HydroThunder, Aero Wings)
Email confirm.said error in credit card
Called 1-888#, CS said it was shipping info, and i would have to place order again online for the sales price
Placed order again (same way)
Got email confirm. stating same as above
Called CS, explained again
She said they are upgrading system, sales priced would still be in affect when upgraded and she was taking names, and we get a call back today.
We'll see.....
