Got an interesting flyer today with my AT&T long distance bill. It promises a $25 Amazon certificate simply for siging up for AT&T online billing at www.att.com/gift The big problem is that the website does not in anyway reference the offer. Did anyone else get this flyer? Here's an excerpt : --------------------------------------- "How's this for magic? We'll give you 2 great gifts for using Online Billing. Just sign up and you'll get a $25 amazon certificate via email*. You can use your certificate at their website, More magic. In addition we'll give you up to 120 free AT&T domestic direct-diled minutes if you sign up by December 10, 2000. Signup today for Online Billing at :www.att.com/gift *in about two weeks, you'll receive an email message with a claim code for your $25 promotional certificate ----------------------------------- [This message has been edited by FinePrintReader (edited 11-23-2000).] [This message has been edited by FinePrintReader (edited 11-23-2000).] |

I actually got $50 amazon for signing up for online billing. It was promotional GC not the regular kind but $50 nonetheless. The signup page was the same - no mention of the Amazon GC but I got it.
