What should I fill in for CC exp date on Cyberrebate form?

I did not provide CC# when ordering but on the rebate form it requires CC expiration date. What should I fill in here? Does anybody know this or did anybody have the same situation before? Thanks.

If they don't ask for the CC number, just put in an expiration from any one of your CC. OR make one up

But when I ordered, since there was no charge, I left CC# blank and there was a default card expiration date that I don't remember now. I am just afraid if I fill in my own card expiration date in the rebate form, it won't fit the date in their database (which could be that default date). On the rebate form, it says that all fields must be filled in. Does anybody remember the default date back in Feb? Or can I simply fill out my own CC expiration date on the rebate form? Thanks.

It does have to match the order record..
