OK, I am trying to purchase the Dinosaur movie. But, all I see for applying my gift certificate is either a spot for a coupon code or a store credit. Neither place allows me to use my GC. Are movies NOT part of the deal?

I emailed CS, and I got back a "So Sorry for your troubles" email, and nothing else. Also, the email was from "VStore Customer Service". Is this the same company that took 6 months to send my measley $6 rebate from the Maxell 40-pack batteries last summer?!!

This shouldn't be that difficult. If anyone can help, please do so! Thanks
