Webvan is only available in these cities: Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Orange County, CA, San Diego, San Francisco, Sacramento, Chicago, Atlanta, GA and Dallas. And unlike some other online grocers, they do not have "package" delivery available ... if you don't live in one of the above cities you're out of luck for this deal! You'll have to check the specials at netgrocer.com or peapod.com! Ketzel |

It showed up as $25 for me. But it was only good for first time customers and I order from them every other week. Darn. Are you logged in? That may be why. I know they do have the $15 off $75 for current customers but I have already used that one. and there is another code for $15 off for current customers MISSU7 (I think I will try and find it if thatone does not work) I just wanted to add that this service is great. The people are friendly and it is well worth the little extra you pay to not have to stand in line. They have GREAT customer service and always include little freebies in your order like cookie cuters for Valentines, free produce, shopping pads, pens, all kinds of little extras. Plus after you order you first order they send you a code off your second order. [Edited by sarahvch on 02-13-2001 at 05:23 PM]

| Thanks for this!
In my eternal quest for the best price on cat food (oh how I miss pets.com!) I was able to get 123 cans of Sheba for $28.63 (Sheba is on sale in Los Angeles for $.39 per can - I think the sales vary from place to place) - around 23 cents per can! My babies are set until May!

Well, this may qualify as my best online deal EVER. They just delivered my order - they were out of a lot of the cat food, so they only charged me what they sent, but they still applied the coupon! They also sent the "welcome bag" of produce! So I got 57 cans of Sheba 2 huge artichokes 4 apples 2 kiwis 2 tomatos 1 green pepper 1 red pepper cool pen & post-it notes And my grand total was (I still can't believe this) $2.99!!!

Thanks for another winner dvd-man! WOW Kim, and I thought I got a GOOD deal!!! You da QUEEN!!! I AM so jealous! Well here's what I got anyway. --Beer for the next 2 years--2 20 packs of Coors lite for $10.99 ea--OMG, that's cheaper than Ralph's on sale! --A bunch of RED tulips--$3.99! --2 paks of imitation crab meat --some cute Safari napkins -2 paks of kraft z shredded cheese --a 3 pak of Sutter Home White Zin (not crazy about it myself--but lots of my friends like so I can give it as gifts) it was $7.99! --12oz sausage --BUT best of ALL Dr. Atkins sugar-free hazelnut syrup!! My atkins diet goes down the tubes due to my coffee-mate hazelnut creamer addiction! The price of the order was worth it just to get the Atkins one! Total=$33 If I went to the store, just the beer and wine woulda been more than that! |

Am I crazy? When I click on the link, I go thru a series of clicks, getting me in to the San Diego Webvan site, and I don't see the $25 off $50 special. The only special I see is $20 off $75. Has anyone else from San Diego actually seen or used the $25 off $50? |

I am SO impressed and I feel so very upperclass!!! The deliveryman was so pleasant and classy, everything was packaged beautifully. Plus they included a bag of free produce of superb quality and with more expensive items like different colored peppers, tomatoes on the vine, exotic pears--the bag of produce would easily have cost me $10 at Pavillions--they only place I can think of that offers comparable quality produce and at several $$ per pound!!! They also included a cute shopping gift; a shopping list notepad, a very nice pen in a plastic case. A couple of the items I ordered were out of stock, making my order below $50, but they still discounted everything except the beer (CA law), so everything except the beer was FREE!!!!! Plus the beer was still cheaper than I could buy it in the store--and I never would have bought in the 1st place if I'd been the one who had to cart it up to my apartment!!! Grocery shopping was the only thing left that I didn't do online--I may never leave my house again! Ooooooh I feel so Hancock Park! |
