Either login above or Register Now] it sends you to this link: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] which indicates that they will be back later in the spring with a "new improved MVP.com store developed by CBSsportsline.com and USAecs". And just FYI ... there's a link on the cbs.sportsline site that says you can check on the status of any outstanding orders ... well it doesn't appear to work for me - I have one outstanding order and it just keeps taking me back to the sign in page ... oh well ... another day, another dot.com disaster ... | Interesting...Let's hope this means better service in the future. They have alot of work cut out for themselves to win back customers who are still waiting... ![]() I hope they fill the outstanding orders. |

| The customer service phone number that I have received in emails for past orders is 1-800-949-9001. I haven't tried to use it recently, however. I did hear on the news today that they were going to lay off most of their 43 employees ... yes, that's what they said ... 43 ... and so I would assume that they may be hard to get in contact with ... | I ordered from them for a christmas gift and it was delivered to me instead of the person it was for. I sent it back the end of December. Called CS before I sent it and they even noted that I was returning the item. I have emailed with no response and I still have not seen a credit for the retuned item! I don't know if they will ever straighten the mess out if they are gone. Guess I will just have to wait and see. |
