3. Subscriber must have a clear, unobstructed view of the southern sky.

4. Subscriber agrees and affirms that neither you nor your residence is currently a DIRECTV subscriber, nor have you ever been a subscriber.

5. Additional receivers and custom installation is available for an additional charge. Programming, pricing, and terms and conditions are subject to change. Hardware and programming sold separately. Pricing is for residential purchase. Tax, where applicable, is not included.

6. Subscriber must activate the system within 30 days of scheduled installation or will be subject to a $125 penalty.
