I did this offer and the bed came in the mail today. It is very nice! Well worth the shipping.

Just shop buy any item, price does not matter, enter code AB-9220 for free lounge (like a basket) or code AB-9213 for the bed (like a pillow). This came out of their catalog and is not advertised (that I can find) on their site. When you enter the code you will be able to see the item and make sure it is the one you want. You can choose your color if you pick the bed.

Shipping was $7.99 for me but the site said it would be less. I am going to call them and ask why it was more.
One item to consider
Pet tags. They have the 14K gold for $3.49 with engraving.

I bought a bed similar to the pillow one a couple of weeks ago and paid $30 for it.
