Well, apparently they can't make up their mind. I wasn't even finished shopping when it was back to a $70 purchase.Did anyone else find this switching? Sorry for the confusion.

This is the deal. It is a promotion of chance. When you shop, a window will pop up telling you what your promotion is at that moment. It could change later in the day. It would be like a scratch off. Some people will get a better promo than you or the other way around. The good thing is that if you don't like the deal you can wait to see if it gets better.
