I went to Old Navy Wednesday and all the clearance was markes down to $1.99 !! I bought my three kids tons of stuff. My daughter got a penguin frost free vest for $1.99 !! The tag said $39.50 !!! Needless to say my kids are a walking advertisement for Old Navy !! Even the jeans were $1.99 !! Take a look if you have a store at your local mall.
