Rec'd my last 2 orders from G.E. and I am soooo disappointed! I am missing 28 items!! I haven't been able to check my cc, but according to my packing slip these items should have shipped.I'm almost sure I've been charged for these things. I tried to call and I did email them, but they haven't even responded to an email of a week ago. Anyone else having this problem??

Well - I just got my last order too. It had some EXTRA stuff in it... But it was missing my only pricey item (4.50!). I emailed them right away - Mon am - and got an autoreply in 20 minutes. Then I got a real reply a couple hours later - very very nice - saying there'll be a credit to my credit card - no problem... I don't know why I got good service and you didn't. I do know I got some really really awesome deals (spent $300 in the last 6 weeks!!). Anyway - email them again! |

I just received my order Friday, everything was there... even the sunshine silverware !! It took awhile to get my order but I don't need it until May. Too bad they are closed now I would have liked to order so much more. I am very pleased with them.

They did get back to me today and will issue a credit for the missing items. I still can't believe so MANY items were missing. On one order it was as if they just stopped and closed the box leaving out the last 20 items...Well, it wasn't as if I NEEDED any of that.My daughter ordered one of those #1 hands and was really bummed when that was left out.LOL
