This person looks like he works for blindsgalore. This looks like it was taken right off their site.

They are expensive, and their selection is horrible. I have called them numerous times for help and they didn't give me the time of day. Home Depot is the way to go. They are much cheaper and are very knowledgeable. Don't waste you time or money with these people. I have heard many others complain about this site as well. They got different products than they ordered, and others received damaged products.

If I'm the "this person" your post refers to, then
I must say you're sadly mistaken ... I don't work
for blindsgalore ... in fact, I don't work for anyone -
just ask my husband! The closest I come to work is
unpacking all the stuff I get from UPS and FedEx!

I placed an order with blindsgalore last year and
had absolutely no problem - blinds came as ordered
and when promised. I only purchased two blinds, so
perhaps mine was an easier order to fulfill than yours.
As for Home Depot, I do not have the luxury of shopping
there, as the closest is at least 40 miles from my home.

As for the information looking as if it came straight
off their website, well, in fact, it was their ad in
the back of this month's Martha Stewart Living that
alerted me to the fact that they were offering a new
coupon, and yes, I did go to their website to be sure
that they still offered their price guarantee, and so
I could get the correct web link directly to that part
of the site.

Generally, I believe, that is how information that is
posted on DealofDay is done and should be done -
before you post you go to the site and VERIFY that
everything is correct, and whenever possible you post
any and all pertinent facts and links...

I'm sorry that you had problems with blindsgalore -
we all have hassles with various internet retailers at
one time or the other! I have found if you are polite,
but persistant, that usually you can get the deal done.

It doesn't appear to me that most people are having
major problems with their orders, and their rating for
product selection is 9.2 out of 10... I still think they're
worth a look if you're searching for blinds!

I know that everyone is looking for a good deal, but these people don't deserve your money. If Ketzel had ever worked for them, she wouldn't be recommending them to anyone! They are a relatively small corporation based out of San Diego, and the owners (husband and wife) are nothing other than spoiled brats playing with their million dollar internet toys. I worked for iHomeDecor.com when they were bought out by this company. They swooped in, and the few of us that agreed to stay on in the Memphis warehouse were treated like dirt! The owners personally cheated me out of a lot of money (and a job) by not living up to what was promised me, and they made absolutely sure that I suffered to the point that I had no choice but to take what they gave me. The others were cheated as well, and were gone shortly after me. They have little concern for the quality of the service you receive, only how much it costs them.

I know that this sounds like sour grapes, but I'm not going postal, I promise! A lot of you know my name from when I headed up CS at iHomeDecor, and I'm telling you that these people really don't give a flying flip about anything but their bank balance!!
