I just did my dog with store bought stuff, so next month i will try, i hope it works too. If it does might get it from them if its the same price or the then walmrt.

I ordered this for my small dogs (under 15 lbs) I hope it works like advantage!

Too bad it isn't for cats. My mom has two cats (they are heavier than my dogs!).

I did hear a story about BioSpot that someones dog went into convulsions after using this product a SECOND time. I put it on my dog and he seems just fine.. Probably a hose down before applying a second treatment should be in order.. BUT I MUST SAY I have not found 1 tick or flea on my dog since using it and I've had a few ticks on myself already this year. AND misquitos stay far away.

Cats and ferrets are sensitive to the permethrin found in Bio Spot® Spot On® Flea & Tick Control for Dogs. Cats in close contact with recently treated dogs may be at risk of toxic exposure. Wait 24 hours after application before allowing Bio Spot®-treated dogs to come in contact with cats. Nearly all dogs tolerate Bio Spot® Spot On® Flea & Tick Control for Dogs well. But, as with any flea and tick control product, rare individual dogs may be sensitive to one or more of the ingredients. If your dog shows signs of irritation or sensitivity to the product (redness or itchiness at the application site), discontinue use. Bathe the dog with a mild, non-insecticidal shampoo and seek veterinary advice.

I ordered and received this product in less than a week. I haven't tried it yet because I just put a dose of Revolution on my dogs but will try next month.

I got my sample of bio spot but am afraid to use it on my dogs now after hearing about the possibility of convulsions and the animals getting sick.
I have two small dogs 1-7lbs 1-8lbs...both Japanese Chins.

I also had my parents order one for my large dog an english bulldog about 60 lbs.

Has anyone tried the product with these breeds?
