I just got this in an email, they say they are still sending mine, might take a while, they had a bunch to say but i only copy and pasted this:

However, please note that we can only provide one (1) sample per household and only ship to the continental United States. Starting today, any requests that we recieve from our online sample offer will be asked to pay a nominal shipping and handling fee of $1.95 via our soon to open online store. This new requirement does not effect your request, only new requests we recieve.
