I have had great luck with Gap. They are very professional-cs is great.Can't say enough. Some items in my order didn't come, but they do email you right away if something is out of stock.
Another tip: children's size XXL fits 13-14 yr old. You can save $$ off the adult price.

Great sale!! I placed a large order on 12/30 and my daughter loves all her new stuff. $40 jeans for $12.99--the floral flares are esp nice--also the glitter T for $6.99 --we got 2 of those. Don't miss the fleece vests for $6.99--The confetti T is very nice--we got matching leggings but they are gone now. I'm thinking of placing another order for gifts!! These prices are great and Gap quality and style can't be beat.

Don't forget to check the baby stuff. Great deals for shower gifts. I got a complete outfit.. hat, shirt and pants for about $10--Woo Hoo!!!

SRGMOM- FYI I also placed a large order 12/30, $105, but all those prices dropped again. So I took my packing slip to a Gap store & was refunded $30.00, because it was within 14 days!!! That meant that the 10 items I purchased, which included a winter coat, cost me $75.00!! Boy do I love a good deal.

My kids are walking billboards for GAP! They each got 2 ss for xmas from this sale and now we've added ALOT more!! They are loving it.

Another tip for Gap shoppers: Teen girls can find cheaper T-shirts in the BOYS department.

Oh man, this sale has been great. First off, we went into the Gap store here, and found the "Warmest Jacket" made of down, and very warm and bright colored... went down another $20 in less than 14 days since I bought it online so I requested a refund or GC. This COOL jacket is only $29.99... this is a BEAUTIFUL and WARM coat! They have them in girls and boys. Chose my daughter a hot pink, my son a bright yellow with black trim.

When visiting the store it does not even appear to be a sale. If only they signed better, they would draw so many more shoppers.

We found some wonderful black Gap jeans for $6.99, some tan pants for the same price- both for my son. These are NICE pants!

The glitter pants fit my daugter VERY well (she has a hard time finding pants that fit nice) and they were only $12.99, found some parachute type pants and other tops between the range mentioned. All in all, we bought 11 items and paid $102. I did open a Gap CC to get 10% off in the store.

What did you buy that was discounted further? Everything I ordered is the same price on-line or is sold out. I'm very happy anyway with the prices and my daughter is thrilled with her new stuff. I mean really nice $42 blue jeans for $12.99. You can't get a cheapie pair at Walmart for that!!!

srgmom- I ordered items for my 2yr old for next year. The jacket I ordered for $25.99 went down to $15.99, along with several shirts, pants & dresses. Perhaps it was just the babygap side for which the prices had dropped again. Sorry. And I totally agree with you, you couldn't find anything at any discounter for these prices, & they stand behind there quality.

Also included with my shippment was another code: SHOPWEB5,which is for $10.00 off $75.00, its good til 4/1/01, & you have to register with them to use it, but I think you have to be registered to checkout. As I type this I noticed that one of the other codes that expires 1/31 is SHOPWEB4. Anyone see a pattern?!?

I went to Gap this weekend to get my $5. (Classic hood dropped from 19.99 to 14.95). I also bought a few things there. Although it was a teenager who helped me, I was made to feel like I was trying to cheat. The manager carried on a conversation with the girl and acted as if I wasn't there.
With my persistant help they figured it out. In the process it made me feel quite unwelcome. I have had superior service online so this was disappointing.

I rec'd yet another order today.Good thing my hubby wasn't here.LOL
