I just spent 20 minutes standing in the customer service line at Best Buy picking up a cd that i ordered online. Their only free shipping when I ordered was picking it up directly at the store. If you pick up in store, you get to stand in line with the returns/exchanges and other angry customers. I will certainly never buy anything again that has to be picked up in the store. Even my $10 gift certificate was not worth that... --given enough thrust, pigs will actually fly-- |

Shopping in Bestbuy is always the WORST! I hope that their management board will do something about this. They are terribly slow. Not only that, their online server is extremely slow as well (or it's just me?). They might rename themselves WorstService instead of BestBuy! |
