Yeah it is run by spinway. I also think the $10 coupon is when you make a purchase of $40 (it was on the startup page). Darn it, I knew it couldn't a free $10 bucks.

I read on another board that the coupon is only $10 off $40 and we all know we can do better than that. But I guess if you're looking for a new ISP anyway, it couldn't hurt to try it.
