If you shop at a Kroger chain store, you can register at http://www.kroger.com for coupons. They change the offers weekly and allow you to pick and choose the coupons that you want. They usually take about a week to come via snail mail. Most of the coupons are for Kroger brands, but at times there are coupons you can get for brand name items such as Kellogs, Post, GM, etc. Be sure to sign up for notification of offers, on their anniversary this year, they had over 7 pages of 75 cent coupons you could choose from, for items such as bread, meats, cheeses, canned goods, and frozen entrees. http://www.kroger.com |

I hope. Grocery shopping is so tedious ! I try to get the best deals, and use coupons, and look for sales, etc. The usual cents off coupons I find in the Sunday paper, etc. are awful. Usually 25 cents of 4 cans of something. YUK. I haven't seen a good $1 off anything in ages. Or better yet, a buy one, get one free. Or even better, just a "get one free" coupon. Have you already received any coupons from Kroger via snail mail? Thanks for the info !!

They send quite a few out. Some of them are really good deals, that result in you getting that item for little to nothing, but I think those actually come from their shopper card. When you sign up for it, be sure that you say that you want to receive special notifications. I've gotten coupons for free eggs, a free 2 liter of soda, coupons for pet food that I used and got the items for just a few cents. I use the coupons I get for Kroger items, plus what's in the paper and I can come out better than shopping at Super Wal-Mart. |
