| Fluke? Scotch Pop-up GiftWrap Tape Dispensers 10¢ each
I don't know if its a fluke at my Wal-Mart or what, but they are ringing up for $0.10 each instead of approx. $2. They come with one tape pad. The refill packs have 3 tape pads and are $0.50, so you could buy 5 dispensers and get 5 tape packs for the price of three!
