I saw it about 3 hours ago, but by the time I went just now to buy the GCs they had yanked the link. Too bad, I really was looking forward to the endless McMuffins

I won't be ordering ANYTHING from Shoptalk until I get my Pizza Hut GC's that I ordered. I called them almost a month ago and was told that there was some problems and they didn't even have me in the system, (though they charged my CC!) but that they would send them right out... 7-10 days and I'd have them in my hands. Well I still have nothing from them! sooooo.....

I am very happy with Shop Talk. They sent mey the Pizza Hut and Blockbuster GCs very fast. I like the way they keep adding new deals for me to check-out. I have the McDonalds deal in my save file.

I'm with you phkat!!! I have called them twice now and plan on calling them again tomorrow. Of course my credit card was charged almost immediately. I ordered them on 7/28....when the problems were supposed to have been. I called on 9/6 and they said I would get them in 7-10 days. I called again Monday and the snotty little CS rep snappily told me it was 7-10 BUSINESS days and call back after 9/20. I'm giving them until tomorrows mail and then they are getting a big piece of my mind........which at this stage of the game I can't afford to lose!! I definately know I will NEVER order from them again!!

BTW.....have you noticed that when you call you don't even have to ID yourself!?!? They must have some kind of caller ID on their computer system. Not sure I really like that!!

Sorry to hear some of you have had bad experiences with them. I have been with them for about 6 months and have never had a problem. I always get the GCs about a week after ordering them. They even have a points system if you get the deals by phone: After listening to 100 deals you get $10 to stores such as Target, Blockbuster and McDonald's. I just cashed in my points and got the GC right away for that too.
I think they do have some sort of caller id because then your phone # is also your member # so you're right they don't even ask you that. I think many companies have that and we don't even know it, tho. We just know they have it at Shoptalk because it is the member # too.
