OOOO, I am soo tempted. Target has them for $30+ right now and I keep debating it. I did notice when I looked at them before that it says it is meant for ps1 that have ntsc u/c on the bottom of the unit. I assume that means some cant be used with this screen??

does anyone have one of these screens? is it worth getting?

I believe the one at Target is made by Sony, this one is not.

well, the ones at my target are gone so i ordered the one from kbtoys. i am pretty sure the one at target didnt have the adapter for the car and that was another $30.

does anyone know if those dvd player holders for the car would hold this. pep boys has a dvd player case that goes around the seat for car viewing on sale for $25. it says it fits 5 and 7" screens. trying to figure out how to hook this up to the car so the kids can play when we make long trips

Oh man, that's SO tempting.. Just to rip it apart and take out the guts.. A resonable LCD module @ 4" is around $150 retail.. Not including speakers and an enclosure, but those are scrap...

Hurm... hurm hurm...

Oh well.. maybe.. I still have 2 5.6" LCD modules to play with though..

Yes..thanks for pointing that out. We have p2, gamecube and I just bought ps1 for the youngest so he would stop being a controller hog !!
