I checked most of the item numbers listed above, but I did not find the items for the same price, and for a lot of them they did not mention a rebate. I have done the Office Max rebates before and they worked good - but this time, the good prices and rebates are not appearing

Bummer i hate when i post something that doesnt fall through..

These items were on rebate earlier in the month. Most were valid thru the 18th of October.

be careful.. officemax does not always honor the rebates when mailed in. I have had numerous returned and followed the rules. Hold your items with a copy of the receipt until you get the rebate so you can return them to the store if not honored.

z77and77...How can you return them if you have to remove the UPC symbol to submit with the rebates?

You just ask for the manager and explain with the letter of rejection and that you asked in the store and the clerk/manager said it was the correct one.. The guarantee for any purchase is just return it with a reciept/copy of in this case since store rebate required the receipt and it was not returned. So, the store really already has the original receipt. Does that clarify it?

I just ordered the Peachtree Accounting Software, which is supposed to be free after rebate AND Instant Savings of $35. On the description page it says:

Limited Time: FREE after rebates! Save $35 Instantly, plus recieve a $165 rebate by Mail. Mail-In Rebate Valid 10/26 - 11/15 Only! Click here to see the rebate.

To receive Instant Savings, enter a quantity of 1 next to the item number. Discount will be reflected on the order confirmation and receipt page.

Well, it DOESN'T show the $35 instant savings on the order confirmation OR the receipt page OR my confirmation e-mail. I had to call customer service to get this straightened out. So make sure you look at your final total and receipt carefully!
