Billing

When you sign up for your 30-day free trial, we'll ask you for a credit card number. If you're happy with Wal-Mart DVD Rentals, we will automatically begin billing your credit card when your free trial ends. If you're not completely satisfied, you can cancel the service anytime during the 30-day free trial to avoid being billed for the next month. There are no late fees and you can cancel anytime by visiting your Membership Status page. If your membership is canceled you will have 7 days to return the DVDs you have rented. For each DVD lost or not returned, a $17.88 fee plus tax will be charged to your credit card. You can change your billing information anytime by visiting Your DVD Rentals Account.


Getting and Sending Your DVD Rentals

We will ask for the address where you'd like your DVD rentals sent. We'll send titles based on availability and the order in which you have arranged them in Your DVD List. As you finish with your DVDs, send it back to us in the prepaid envelope, and we'll send you the next available title on Your DVD List. You may change your shipping address anytime by visiting Your DVD Rentals Account.

I have to say somehting about this, we have been doing this program for about 4 months, maybe a bit more since Santa brought us the big screen tv in December. Walmart is wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are in RI, and if we mail in a dvd on a monday, we usually get one back on a friday or a saturday. the choices of movies are very good, we always have the option of "renting" the new releases early, so we get on the top of the list for when the are finally available I have a toddler, live wiht my parents, and I am 29, so we hit every demographic there is, and we are all delighted. You can go in and edit your dvd list to change which movies arrive first...so we try to make sure one new one is coming each cycle for my daughter. I rent the pbs mysteries and sci fi films, my parents to the B&W old gangster stuff...No late fees is wonderful...watch it when you can...pop it in the mailbox. And look online in a few days to make sure it arrived and that another is on its way.
