I recently signed up for this mag. thru SearchCactus, I believe it was, which went thru Blue Dolphin mag. order serv. Blue Dolphin does charge your card,but CR's the amt. back if you call to cancel within the free trial, which normally is 90 days. So far I've had no prob's with them issuing my CR's. martha stewart my be a b****, but i cant deny the cooking and flowers and all her other psychotic tips. shes great. the magazine really has good recipes. hey bwsmom, i tried to reply to your question on another forum about makeup, but it got erased. the best makeup thats not PINK, (whos face is pink anyway) are some lines you wont find in a drugstore. la prairie cellular foundation will make your skin lok so beautiful, and has great shades, and lasts a long time. i coudlnt beelive my skin when i first used it and looked in the mirror. you barely need any powder either.its also has the same properties as their amazing skincare, but its aobut 50 bucks. shu umera has a lot of shades with more yellow undertones, and it is a preferred line of make up artists. (avail at sephora) philosophy "complete me" is my favorite. its one of those mineral foundations, but it came out way befroe that infomercial. it works far better too. they have really nice shades (with no pink) and unlike that infomercial, not "light" medium" and "dark". there are 15 shades at least. it covers amazing, and you can make full or light coverage, and i even mix some with my powder for take to work and then ii can touch up and look perfect all day. it really works great and can be used many diff ways. philosophy liquid foundations have really really great shades too, but what ive used has a lighter coverage. for cheap, maybelline everfresh actually works pretty well and lasts a while. i tend to mix a small amount in with something else tho, so its not too drying. that blue dolphim seesm like a scam to me, they always tell you you are going to get these great gifts when you subscribe thru them and they nevr come. __________________ Check out these [Only registered and activated users can see links. Yea, the supposed free gifts don't come when you order thru Blue Dolphin. All the ones I've done have said hurry to beone of the 1st 50in order to receive the free gift, or while supplies last, limited supply. But... they have always credited my card back, tho I have read of other peeps who've had bad luck with Blue Dolphin. The magazines ,tho do seem to send their freebie gifts & SearchCactus so far has paid each time. Blue Dolphin's offers thru SearchCactus generally give you a 90 days trial, but you have to calll to cancel & wait for them to CR your card back.

yeah that seems like a big pain to me. there was one of those i signed up for it was a savings club or something that gave a 25 k mart card, well they billed me almost a hundred bucks and the gift doesnt come until you are a member for 6 months. all those things are a scam. thats why i love deal of day, to find real bargains. i feel bad for people that are taken in by these things and dont check theri credit card bill. its like, whooppee! i got a 25.oo card and i only paid 300.00 for it!!! it seems to me with bestdeal mags and all those free sites blue dolphil would go out of business anyway.  |
