| I was able to order with Free S/H..but

But I was unable to get back in and view my order and I was sent an order confirmation just stating that order details would follow in 48 hours. I never ordered from this company before but I have ordered MANY times online and have NEVER had a problem viewing an order, pending or not. I can't even log in or have my password sent to me and THIS is very strange indeed! I should have printed out my order before I sent it in but I never had to do that before, with any other site. Guess I would like to know if anyone else has had similar experiences. This site must be a reliable one, so many of us here on DOD have ordered from them. Maybe I just need a little reassurance? I made 4 orders when the special first came out. My firend received hers that I sent for her birthday....and I received the one to myself. They were fine. I haven't been able to talk to my mom or stepdaughter to find if the ones I sent them arrived. |
