I hope someone can help me. I am trying to checkout and purchase teh Infusion grill and a bike seat at amazon. here is what my total says:

Items: $59.97
Promotional Certificates: -$5.00
Shipping & Handling: $17.08
Super Saver Discount: -$12.07

Total Before Tax: $59.98
Estimated Tax*: $0.00

Order Total: $59.98

My Items are:

My total would be 59.97. Now, when is the 5.00 off applied??? It shows it above but it never subtracts it. Anyone know what to do? I don't want to checkout if I can save additional 5.00.

When I have a problem with checkout, I just phone them and tell them what it says on the screen, and the customer service person answers all my questions.

It looks like they are using the $5.00 toward your shipping charges.


shipping credit on the grill $12.07 but total shipping charged with the bike thing is 17.08

Correct. They applied your $5 discount.
