Thanks Angels! Not only did I get the chance to take a look at this promotion, but by going onto the kfc website, I was able to learn about the Colonel's Kids program (to provide quality child care to underpriviliged families), and from there clicked on Partners, which led me to a whole host of charities I knew nothing about! I love finding out about ways to help in the community, as well as the ways others are finding to help! A free meal and an hour's education.....thanks! |

Well we had KFC tonight...Please note you have to buy your own Drinks. I have 2 daughters, so its the 3 of us... and a 2 for 1 feeds us... it works out to a pretty good deal... but, i wonder,,, sometimes when these kinds of promotions come up, it isnt a good sign for the business,, i sure would miss KFC! we are fortunate,, we have a nice manager at our local kfc... . __________________ Check out these [Only registered and activated users can see links. Family of 5 here, We bought the white meat 3 pc but the dark meat is all that's avail. as the free meal. Went home & cooked up our own healthy sides of veggies...even had left-overs. I went thru the drive thru and didn't see anything advertising the free meal. I had to ask before I placed my order.

We had it yesterday. We got the white meat dinners, and my husband got extra crispy (which cost more) and they ended up taking his off as the free meal! Also we used the coupon from Sunday's paper to get my son (we went while my daughter was in school) to get the "kids laptop" for only 99 cents! It was great, it had 2 chicken trips, he picked tater wedges for his veggies (and got A LOT of them) and a things of strawberry fruit sensations sauce, a fruit by the foot, and a small drink. That was an AWESOME deal! Plus he got games on his box! As for our meals. We got the breast and wing meal. So we got 2 breasts and one wing. The breasts were really big, and the one they gave my husband had to be the biggest piece of chicken I have EVER seen! He couldn't eat of his, so last night, my two kids and I SPLIT his one piece of chicken (I bet it was almost a 1 1/2- 2 pound breast!) It was the size of a small chicken! Anyway, all was good except once again they changed the type of mash potatoes mix they use (they do that a lot!) and I don't care for them yet again!
