POST "CHOOSE YOUR FANTASY MUSIC PRIZE" INSTANT WIN GAME
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY - Open only to residents of the U.S. at time of entry.

1. HOW TO PLAY: There are four ways to obtain an Official Game Piece:

A. Inside specially-marked packages of Post Cereal.

B. In the Post "Choose Your Fantasy Music Prize" advertisement appearing in the August 25, 2002 Sunday Newspaper Smart Source "coupon section" insert. Non-winning advertisements will not contain a game message.

C. By logging on to postopia.com or postcereals.com and clicking on the "Choose Your Fantasy Music Prize" instant win game icon during the period of 12:01 a.m. EDT on July 17, 2002 through 11:59 p.m. EST on November 18, 2002 and electronically completing and submitting the applicable entry registration form. Once you have fully completed the registration form, you will click the "submit" button to be taken to the "Choose Your Fantasy Music Prize" profiler, where, upon answering a series of music prize-related questions, you will receive your game play. If your game play reveals that you are an instant winner, you will receive instructions on claiming your prize, pending verification. Limit one online game play per person and email address per day. Multiple game plays and/or entries submitted by a single entrant on a given day are void.

D. For a chance to win and official rules without purchase, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (VT residents may omit return stamp) for receipt by 6/30/03 to: Post "Choose Your Fantasy Music Prize" Game Request, PO Box 8055, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-8055. Limit 1 request per envelope.

If the Official Game Message on the Official Game Piece says, "CONGRATULATIONS, YOU ARE A GRAND PRIZE WINNER" or "CONGRATULATIONS, YOU ARE A FIRST PRIZE WINNER", you win the prize specified (subject to verification). To claim a prize, see Rule 2. If the Official Game Message says "Sorry not a winner…", or if your message is blank or contains any other message than stated above, you are not a winner.

2. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Offline (Offline game pieces are game pieces contained inside a Post cereal box, in the newspaper insert, or via mail). If your Game Piece says "CONGRATULATIONS, YOU ARE A FIRST PRIZE WINNER", initial your winning game piece, keep a photocopy of game piece, place original game piece in an envelope with a 3" x 5" paper on which you've printed your name, complete address, and daytime phone number, and mail via first class to: Post "Choose Your Fantasy Music Prize", c/o Marden-Kane, 36 Maple Place, Dept SMK, Manhasset, NY 11030-1962. Upon verification, your Music Cash® Certificate prize will be mailed to you with instructions on how to redeem. If your Game Piece says "CONGRATULATIONS, YOU ARE A GRAND PRIZE WINNER", follow directions above but mail prize claim via REGISTERED MAIL, return receipt requested to: Post "Choose Your Fantasy Music Prize", c/o Marden-Kane, 36 Maple Place, Dept SMK, Manhasset, NY 11030-1962. All offline prize claims must be received by 7/15/03 and are subject to verification by Marden-Kane, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding. Entrant assumes all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay and misdirection of game materials. Proof of mailing is not proof of game piece delivery. Potential winning claims received that are defaced, mutilated, tampered with or altered in any way or which contain printing errors, or those not obtained through legitimate channels will be automatically void. No mechanically reproduced winning claims allowed. Online (game pieces received through postopia.com or postcereals.com): Instant winners will receive immediate notification online (subject to verification). Potential winners are advised to print a copy of the prize congratulations page for their file. Grand Prize winners (and/or their parent or legal guardian) will be mailed (via email and/or U.S. mail) an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release. First Prize winners (and/or their parent or legal guardian) will receive an email notice confirming they are a winner and directing them to a contact information page. The affidavits, releases and contact information required for all online verification must be completed and returned as provided in Rule 5.

3. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)/ODDS OF WINNING: Five (5) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner may choose any one of the following Grand Prizes: 1) "Multi-Room Audio System" - have your house wired for sound using a single source satellite CD receiver. 2) "Be a Pop Star for a Day"/ "Live Like A Celebrity for a Day" - A 3-day/2-night trip for three to Los Angeles (dates to be determined by Sponsor). Prize includes first-class air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home, hotel accommodations (1 room), stretch limousine transportation, meals (up to $1,000), $8,000 spending money, a tour of a recording studio and the chance to record a demo song, and the opportunity to meet Aaron Carter (subject to availability). If this prize is claimed after 12/31/02, the meeting with Aaron Carter will not be awarded to the winner and the winner may accept the prize without the meeting or Sponsor will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 3) "Virtual Virtuoso"- Pick your instrument, get music lessons for 2 years. 4) "Rock Your Block Party"/"Host A Block Party" - a party for you and 100 friends at a local venue complete with refreshments and live music. 5) "Coast to Coast Concerts"- You and 3 friends travel to attend a concert in each of three cities - NY, Chicago and LA. 1-week total trip time. Prize includes air transportation, hotel, meals, and $1,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $25,000. In no event will Sponsor be responsible for any costs associated with a Grand Prize that exceed $25,000. In the event the cost of the Grand Prize is less than $25,000, winner shall not be entitled to a reimbursement or the cash difference. Grand Prize winner may elect to receive $25,000 cash in lieu of prize. CONDITIONS on Grand Prize: Certain travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Air transportation is from major airport nearest winner's home in the United States. Car rental component of prize is conditioned on winner complying with terms and conditions of the rental car company's standard car rental agreement. Selection of concerts at discretion of Sponsor and subject to availability. In the event Grand Prize winner is a minor, at least one travel companion of trip(s) must be the winner's parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize winner's travel companion(s) must sign a Consent to Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release Form prior to travel. Five Thousand (5,000) First Prizes: A $15 Music Cash® certificate. Approximate Retail Value of First Prize is $15 each. Total value of all prizes: $200,000. Estimated odds of winning: Grand Prize: 1:26,998,760, First Prize: 1:26,999. Actual odds of winning depend on number of online game plays transacted. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All prizes will be randomly seeded throughout all methods of game play.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Game open only to U.S. residents at the time of entry. Employees of Kraft Foods North America, Inc., Jive Records, Spectra Management, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members (parents, spouse, siblings, children) or anyone who lives in the same household of each (whether related or not) are not eligible. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this game. Void where prohibited by law.
