Official Rules

No purchase necessary. Open only to residents of the United States, who are 17 years of age or younger as of August 15, 2002. Game starts 12:00 PM (ET) on August 15, 2002 and ends 4:59 PM (ET) on April 30, 2003.

1. TWO WAYS TO PLAY:A. Log on to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] follow the on-screen instructions by entering a screen name and password to participate. Click on the Oscar Mayer Lunchables "Make Your Own Magic" link to continue. Using your cursor/mouse, hold down the left mouse button and "rub" the crystal ball to see if you are a potential winner. If the crystal ball reveals a winning message (subject to verification), follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize. If you are not a winner, you may return to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] once a day to play again. Limit one play per screen name/password, per day. B. To play by mail, print on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, your name, complete address, daytime phone number and e-mail address and mail to: Oscar Mayer Lunchables "Make Your Own Magic" Instant Win Game, P.O. Box 5676, Ellenton, FL 34222-5006. Mail-in requests must be received by April 30, 2003. Limit one play per person/per day, one entry per envelope and each envelope must be mailed separately. On the day an eligible mail-in request is received, a designated representative of the Sponsor will play one (1) Instant Win Game play on behalf of the applicable eligible request, provided it is received by April 30, 2003. Only potential winners will be notified by regular mail. No photocopies, reproductions or facsimiles of game materials allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or postage due mail. All requests become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. ELIGIBILITYGame open to residents of the United States, who are 17 years of age or younger as of August 15, 2002, except employees of Kraft Foods North America, Inc. (Sponsor), Promotions.com, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, Web site developers, persons living in the same household and the families of each. This game is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations. Potential Winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to sign and return to Sponsor a parental consent form of eligibility, liability and publicity release within 14 days of attempted delivery. Potential Grand Prize Winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release within 14 days of attempted delivery. Winner's parent or legal guardian must accompany winner to party. If any prize/prize notification is undeliverable, if the required documents are not returned in a timely manner, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. All prize claims are subject to verification.

PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE AND ODDS OF WINNING(10) Grand Prizes: Prize includes party for winner and their school (up to eight grade levels may attend party) at winner's school on a sponsor-specified date featuring a Magic Show and Oscar Mayer Lunchables products, $1,000 spending money for winner (awarded in the form of a check), and transportation in a limousine or WIENERMOBILEª Vehicle (subject to availability) to and from event location for winner and winner's parent/legal guardian on the day of the party (in the event a winner's school cannot host party, the party/Magic Show portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited) (ARV $4,700) Odds: 1:204,000; (100) First Prizes: $500 cash, awarded in the form of a check (ARV $500) Odds: 1:20,400; (5,000) Second Prizes: One (1) package of Oscar Mayer Lunchables, awarded in the form of a free product coupon (ARV $3.39) Odds: 1:408. Total prize value $113,950. Limit one prize per person/per screen name/password/household. Prizes will be awarded in the name of minor's parent or legal guardian. The prizes/offers are only as detailed above. Winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, local taxes, if any, and all other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of prizes.

4. DISCLAIMERSponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Game or by any human, or other error, which may occur in the serving of game pieces in this game. If, in the judges opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the game, the judges reserve the right to void suspect game cards and/or terminate or suspend the promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all known eligible non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination.

5. ADDITIONAL RULESEntry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winners' names and likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Promotions.com, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this promotion. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any promotion it sponsors, any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules. If due to a computer programming or other error, more prizes are claimed than intended to be awarded according to Rule 3, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in Rules 3.

6. WAIVERBy entering this promotion, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys' fees or any damages other than actual out-of pocket costs incurred to enter.
