Employees/ officers/directors of Dell, and its subsidiaries/affiliates/advertising and promotional agencies, and individuals providing services to Dell through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Promotional Period, and their immediate families/household members, not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. To Enter: Automatic entry with purchase of a computer from Dell Home Systems Co., Dell Outlet - Home or Dell Authorized Employee/Student Purchase Program during the promotional period. Or, mail completed form printed from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] or print name, address, tel. no. on a 3" x 5" card and the words "Dell Trip A-Day Giveaway" and mail to Dell Box 4058, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4058, postmarked by 8/29/02 and received by 9/6/02. Limit one entry per separate envelope. Limit 1 entry per person regardless of entry method during the Promotional Period. Limit 1 prize per household. Dell is not liable for transmission or programming errors, late, lost, incomplete, illegible or undeliverable entries.

3. Drawings will be conducted by Marden-Kane, Inc. ("Administrator"), whose decisions shall be final. All prizes will be awarded. One prize to be awarded for each day of the Promotional Period, starting 8/08/02 and ending 9/06/02. Drawings will be conducted each weekday (separate drawings for each weekend day to be conducted during the following week.) Auto. entry assigned to a daily drawing based on date of purchase. Mail-in entries will be assigned to a daily drawing based upon date of receipt. Non-winning entries will not be carried forward to next drawing, except that non-winning entries will be eligible for the August 29, 2002 prize and will be included in the drawing for that prize on September 6, 2002. By participating, entrants release sponsor, promotional/advertising agencies and their affiliates, employees, officers, directors from and against any injury, damage, claim and action arising from sweepstakes or prize possession/use or while traveling. Sponsor not responsible for delayed, cancelled or rescheduled travel due to weather, transport/accommodation decisions, overbooking, acts of God or acts of terrorism or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control.

4. Prizes: 29 Prizes. Each travel package includes a $30,000 travel credit at Alamo Travel and $20,000 cash. ARV: $50,000. Travel not limited to one trip and must be booked by Alamo Travel only. Credit good towards purchases made by travel agency including without limitation, airfare, hotel accommodations, car rental, cruises, tour packages, rail travel and required trip insurance. Meals, gratuities, parking and all other expenses not mentioned herein or payable in advance by Alamo Travel are the winner's responsibility. Travel must be booked by September 30, 2004. Unused credit on that date will be forfeited and no further compensation will be given. Subject to availability. Restrictions apply. Total value of all prizes: $1,450,000. Odds of winning depend on # of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable. Winner responsible for all taxes and for expenses not specified.

5. Winner will be notified by overnight delivery service and must return completed affidavit of eligibility, and publicity/liability/ release within 10 days of receipt, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Winner must furnish SS#.
