Never heard of this brand. I wonder where/if it's sold in VA or NC? Anybody know?

So strange! I keep tryin to do this but it keeps tellin me to enter my state! Which of course I do and hit submit and it tells me to enter it again! Wonder if its cause maybe AL is the first option?

What browser are you using? Sometimes I find forms which will work in Netscape but other times I have to load the site in Explorer before it will work correctly. Just a thought, could be something else completely!
