1. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the U.S. (including D.C.) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 and older at date of entry and who are the parent or legal guardian of a child whose birthday occurs between 8/1/90 and 8/31/02 or are presently expecting a child. Employees of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, ePrize, LLC., their affiliates, parent(s), subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.


4. Timing: The eScratch-Off (the "Game") begins at 12:01:00 a.m. ET on 8/1/2002 and ends at 11:59:00 p.m. ET on 8/31/02 (the "Promotion Period").

If three (3) matching images appear on your Game card, you are a winner. Data collected is subject to the Parentstages.com Privacy Policy ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]). Limit: One (1) Game play per person per 24 hour period. Every game chance will have an estimated 1:5 opportunity to win another Game chance. Additional Game chances have no retail value.

Bonus Entries: Additional chances to play by referring up to ten friends to Parentstages.com. If you are the first person to refer that particular friend and that friend returns to register for the Game, you will receive one additional Game chance. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing personal relationship. LIMIT: You may play the Game one (1) time each day throughout the entire Promotion Period, in addition to any additional Game chances or Bonus Game plays you may receive. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

6. Potential Game Winners: Two Hundred and One (201) random, computer-generated winning times will be available during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Game at or after one (1) of the randomly generated times you will be a potential instant winner. Each time you play the Game, you will have a 1:5 chance of winning another Game chance. Eligible winners of First Prizes will receive the prize within 6-8 weeks after conclusion of the Sweepstakes. Potential Grand prize Winner must provide an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release which must be fully completed, signed and returned within ten (10) days of being notified. Potential Canadian winners of any prize will be required to answer correctly a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question by phone or email, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, to be declared a winner. If this skill-testing question cannot be administered to the potential winner within seven (7) days of Sponsor's initial attempt to contact the potential winner, the potential prize winner will be deemed to have forfeited any prize and will be disqualified. If the potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if they are ineligible or disqualified for any reason, a Random Drawing to award the Grand Prize will take place within ten (10) days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period from amongst all eligible entries received. The potential winner of the Grand Prize Secondary Drawing will be notified by email as described above and will have to return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release as described within ten (10) days of notice to receive the prize.

7. Prizes: There will be Two Hundred and One (201) Game Prize winners. Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive his or her choice of one (1) of the following two (2) prize packages (or the $15,000 cash Alternative Grand Prize). 1) Extended Disney Cruise and Theme Package: Prize package includes round trip airfare for four (4) from the airport nearest the winner's home anywhere in the continental U.S. to Orlando, FL, ground transfers from the airport to Walt Disney World® and from the Pier to the airport, seven (7) nights stay at a deluxe Walt Disney World® Resort of Sponsor's choosing and port taxes, hotel taxes and baggage transfer service, one (1) room, quad occupancy, seven (7) days unlimited admission to Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, Water Parks, Pleasure Island, DISNEYQUEST® indoor interactive theme park, and Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex, full use of the visitors' Disney on-property transportation system, three (3) nights on Board a DISNEY CRUISE LINE® Ship of Sponsor's choosing, inclusive of meals (including non-alcoholic beverages) and access to all shipboard activities (not including shore excursions). Also includes $1,000 total spending money. Ship departs from Port Canaveral. Cruise package includes one (1) deluxe outside stateroom, quad occupancy. Approx. Retail Value $15,000 USD; or 2) Disneyland® Resort Paris Package: Prize includes round trip airfare for four (4) from the airport nearest the winner's home anywhere in the continental U.S., to Paris, France, use of a standard rental car seating four (4) passengers and with limited luggage space for seven (7) days, seven (7) nights lodging in one (1) standard quad occupancy room at the Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland® Resort Paris, breakfast at the hotel for seven (7) days, seven (7) days unlimited admission to the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios as well as the Disney Village area for shops and entertainment, full use of the Disney on-property transportation system within Disneyland® Resort Paris for access to parks, hotels, restaurants, etc, and $1,000 total spending money. Approximate Retail Value is $15,000 USD. Alternative Grand prize: $15,000 USD in cash. For prize packages: All air travel is economy class, on a carrier of Sponsor's choosing and subject to all applicable travel restrictions, black-out dates, fare restrictions and other criteria. Saturday night stay required. Travel must commence on or before 12/15/03. Travel is subject to availability of lodging and cruise cabins at time of booking. Rental car driver must be twenty-five (25) years of age or older with a valid driver's license and a major credit card. All expenses not expressly stated in a package description, including but not limited to, non-specified ground transportation, gas, security fees, passport fees, travel visas, meals, gratuities, phone calls, excursions, or insurance are the sole responsibility of winner. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Winner's travel companions each must sign a liability/publicity release (if a travel companion is under the age of majority, the signature of a parent or legal guardian will be required).
