At participating malls, enter to win a Sesame Street Family Celebration - a trip for four to New York City to see a live taping of the Sesame Street television show.

Grand Prize

There will be one grand prize winner. The winner will be awarded a trip for four (4) to NY to see a live taping of Sesame Street (estimated value of $3500). Prize is not transferable and not for resale. Prize includes airfare for four (4) and a hotel stay for 2 nights. Meals and transportation are not included.

Rules and Regulations

Each entrant has a 1/50,000 chance. No purchase is necessary to enter to win. A purchase will not improve an individual's chances of winning. Limit one entry per person. A public random drawing will be held on October 6, 2002 to select the winner. Winner will be drawn from all entries submitted by 12:00 p.m. on September 30, 2002. Prize must be claimed by October 15, 2002. If winner does not meet criteria determining eligibility, a subsequent drawing will be held. The decision of the judges shall be final in all respects. Winner must submit evidence satisfactory to the management of Participating Mall of his/her identity and eligibility to the management of Participating Mall to receive the prize. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes and any other related fees associated with the prize. Prize is not transferable. No cash alternatives or substitutions are permitted. Winner agrees to sign a liability release that releases Participating Mall, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Incorporated, Cotton Incorporated, Sesame Workshop and any related entities from any liability, once the prize is awarded. Winners also agree to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release to use the winner's name and/or photograph in publicity. If the potential winner is under 18, then the potential winner's parent or guardian must sign the affidavit/release. Winner must present proof of identity to receive the prize. Prize is not transferable and not for resale. Employees of Participating Mall, Participating Mall stores, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Incorporated, Cotton Incorporated, Sesame Workshop and associated companies and immediate family members of the named firms and stores are ineligible to enter.
