NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below the Kudzu.com “Review and Win” Contest (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Cox Search, Inc. or Kudzu.com (together, “Sponsor”), or of their affiliated companies, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win.

How To Enter. The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. (E.T.) on September 26th, 2007 and end at 11:59 p.m. (E.T.) on November 5th, 2007 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Either login above or Register Now] during the Sweepstakes Period; (2) register as a Kudzu.com user (or log in, if you are already a registered Kudzu.com user); and (3) submit reviews of your favorite service providers. Eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing for every five (5) Eligible Reviews submitted, up to a maximum of fifty (50) reviews, or ten (10) entries per user.

An “Eligible Review” is defined as a review that is submitted to Kudzu.com during the Sweepstakes Period via the unique Sweepstakes entry URL ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]) and complies with all policies posted on the Kudzu.com website. The determination as to whether a review qualifies as an Eligible Review shall be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Reviews must have at least 25 words and are limited to local service providers that you have done business with. You may only submit one (1) review per business and copying reviews, profanity and/or abusive language will disqualify you from the Sweepstakes. Businesses are not allowed to review themselves (and a business’s employees are not allowed to review their employer).

If you are already a registered member of Kudzu.com, any reviews that you submitted prior to the start of the Sweepstakes will not be counted for purposes of receiving Sweepstakes entries. If you would like to submit a review for a service provider that is not listed on Kudzu.com, please go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now], complete the required information, and Cox Search, Inc. will add the service provider to the Kudzu.com database (requests submitted toward the end of the Sweepstakes Period may not be fulfilled by the end of the Sweepstakes).

Sponsor will not be responsible for reviews that are incomplete, are submitted outside of the Sweepstakes Period, are not submitted via the unique Sweepstakes entry URL set forth above, or do not comply with the Kudzu.com Visitor Agreement or other posted policies. Sponsor also will not be responsible for failure to receive reviews due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all reviews will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning ISP addresses for the domain associated with such ISP account. All reviews submitted become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Any questions regarding the number of reviews submitted or the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any reviews by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

Winner Selection. One (1) Grand Prize Winner, one (1) First Prize Winner, one (1) Second Prize Winner and ten (10) Third Prize Winners will be selected on or about November 7th, 2007, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes and Odds. Subject to verification of each winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the following prizes will be awarded:
One (1) Grand Prize: a 32” HD LCD Flat Screen TV (approx. retail value: $1000)
One (1) First Prize: a Dell Laptop System Inspiron 1501 (approx. retail value: $500)
One (1) Second Prize: an 80GB Apple iPod (approx. retail value: $350)
Ten (10) Third Prizes: a $50 Gift Certificate to GiftCetificates.com


Winner Notification and Acceptance. The Winners will be notified on or about November 7th, 2007 via the email address provided on each winner’s Kudzu.com registration form. Return of prize notification as undeliverable, or a winner’s failure to timely respond to prize notification, may result in that winner’s disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Each winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted, except that the prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on the prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of personal delivery or date of postmark. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within ten (10) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes each winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media, including without limitation the Internet, for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the Sweepstakes judges designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

Sponsor. The Kudzu.com “Review and Win” Contest is sponsored by Cox Search, Inc. and Kudzu.com. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
